The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) conducted a large-scale special operation in several regions of Ukraine. As a result of comprehensive measures, three participants of an FSB (Russian Federal Security Service) espionage network were detained, and the identity of their Russian "handler" was established. This information was reported by the agency's press service.

On the orders of the Russian security services, the criminals conducted surveillance on so-called "decision-making centers." This included gathering intelligence on the locations, weaponry, and personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the central and southern parts of Ukraine.

For each task they executed, the Russian agents received up to $550 from the aggressor, depending on the urgency and quality of their "work."

Communication with the Russian agent was maintained through messengers.

In Vinnytsia Oblast, a local resident was detained who attempted to determine the coordinates of the Air Force Command Headquarters and National Guard units.

In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, an SSU agent with the call sign "Hrim" was exposed. The criminal drew defensive line schemes for the occupiers in the territory of Kryvyi Rih and identified the locations of equipment and ammunition storage in the city.

Another task was to obtain evacuation plans and building layouts of local units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including the Security Service of Ukraine.

In Odesa, a participant in the Russian espionage network was arrested. He attempted to gather passwords for moving around the city during curfew hours and passing through checkpoints by covertly using acquaintances among Ukrainian military and law enforcement personnel.

Based on the collected evidence, the SSU investigators have informed the detainees of the suspicion of committing a crime under Article 111, Part 2, of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (state treason committed under wartime conditions).

Currently, the traitors are in custody, and the investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The perpetrators face the possibility of life imprisonment.
