At night, the enemy attacked the territory of Ukraine with cruise missiles and drones

Over the past day, during the night, the enemy used cruise missiles of the X-101/X-555 airbase and Iranian strike UAVs "Shahed." This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Using the forces and means of the Air Commands in coordination with the air defense of other components of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, they managed to destroy 4 out of 6 cruise missiles X-101/X-555 and 6 out of 8 strike UAVs "Shahed."

In total, over the past day, the enemy launched 14 missile strikes and carried out 40 airstrikes, including 51 artillery shelling from reactive multiple rocket launcher systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there were civilian casualties, private residential buildings were damaged, as well as educational institutions, and other civilian and administrative infrastructure.

The enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Over the past day, 29 combat clashes occurred.

On the Siversky and Slobozhansky fronts, the enemy made an unsuccessful attempt to penetrate the DRG through the state border of Ukraine in the area of Zelene village in Kharkiv region.

On the Kupiansk front, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions.

On the Lymansky front, over the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Bilohorivka, Luhansk region.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy carried out offensive actions toward Ivanivka, with no success. On the Avdiivka front, the enemy did not carry out any offensive actions. On the Marinka front, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the area of the city of Marinka.

On the Zaporizhia and Kherson fronts, the enemy continues to carry out defensive actions.

The aviation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces made 15 strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas during the day. Our defenders destroyed 6 enemy reconnaissance UAVs.

Units of the Missile Forces and Artillery struck 3 command posts, 2 weapons and military equipment storage areas, 4 ammunition depots, 2 anti-aircraft missile systems, and 4 radio-electronic warfare stations of the enemy during the day.

In total, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 410 Russian occupiers, destroyed 11 tanks, 11 combat armored vehicles, 12 artillery systems, 1 MLRS, 5 anti-aircraft missile systems, 14 tactical UAVs, 4 cruise missiles, 7 vehicles, and 5 units of special equipment.
