The Security Service has uncovered 7 more corruption schemes related to draft dodging in various regions of Ukraine. Among them is an official from the military enlistment office in Odessa.

More than 10 individuals were involved in organizing these schemes, including officials from military enlistment offices and military medical commissions, as reported by the press service of the agency.

For money, they "assisted" potential conscripts in avoiding military service based on falsified documents claiming "unsatisfactory" health conditions or the purported transportation of foreign humanitarian aid.

The cost of such "services" ranged up to $9,000, depending on the type of scheme and the urgency of the "order."

In Odessa, the military counterintelligence of the Security Service apprehended a military enlistment office official who demanded money from potential conscripts. For $5,000, he promised to provide young men with forged medical documents indicating their unfitness for military service due to health conditions.

In Kyiv, two individuals were arrested for selling fake medical-social expert commission certificates for disability assignment to draft dodgers.

In Ternopil, law enforcement detained another military enlistment office official. Along with three accomplices, he was involved in the trade of forged documents for the removal of individuals from the military registry.

In Mykolaiv, military counterintelligence officers arrested an individual who offered assistance to local residents in evading the draft. For $8,500, he promised to "resolve the issue" concerning the issuance of fake certificates of exemption from military service.

In Kharkiv, two employees of medical institutions were exposed for "stamp-producing" fake certificates of unfitness for military service and selling them.

In the Rivne region, another channel for the illegal emigration of potential conscripts was disrupted. It was organized by the owners of three trucking companies who registered draft dodgers as international truck drivers.

In Bukovyna, the Security Service's military counterintelligence personnel intercepted and stopped a truck driver who was secretly attempting to take four local residents of conscription age out of the country.

Investigations into all these cases are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crimes and hold those responsible accountable.

Comprehensive measures were conducted jointly with the National Police under the procedural guidance of the prosecution authorities.
