In Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Region, electricity supply has been restored, which disappeared after a rocket strike that occurred on the night of May 1, 2023.
According to the information provided by the energy company CEK, as a result of a massive rocket attack, equipment belonging to another network owner, which supplies power to CEK's networks, was damaged, leaving a portion of consumers in Pavlohrad without electricity.
On the night of May 1, significant damage to the power infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Region was caused by artillery shelling by the Russian army, as reported in a statement by the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The repairs were planned to take several days.
Recall that on the night of May 1, Russian forces launched a rocket strike on Pavlohrad District in Dnipropetrovsk Region. This resulted in damage to an industrial facility, 24 multi-story buildings, 80 private houses, nine educational institutions, and five stores. Two people died, and more than 40 people were injured, including five children aged 8 to 16.
