The Center for the Calculation and Payment of Social Benefits is collecting applications from internally displaced persons for their placement in the modular settlement, which is being constructed at 1 Medichna Street, within the territory of the Poltava Regional Council's Psychiatric Care Facility.

According to the provisions approved by the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Dmytro Lunin, the following categories of internally displaced persons may be accommodated in the modular settlement:

Internally displaced persons who have relocated from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine or territories affected by armed conflict.
Internally displaced persons whose housing has been destroyed or rendered uninhabitable due to damage, and who have applied for reimbursement of related expenses, including through the Diia Portal or with documentary evidence from local government authorities.
To be accommodated in the modular settlement, individuals (families) residing within the Poltava city territorial community and having the status of internally displaced persons must personally apply to the Center for the Calculation and Payment of Social Benefits in Poltava Oblast and submit an application with the necessary documents.

List of documents required for placement in the modular settlement:

Standard application form (completed during document submission).
Copies of identification documents (for representatives, a copy of the power of attorney).
Copy of the taxpayer identification number registration certificate (or a corresponding notation in the citizen's passport indicating refusal based on religious beliefs).
Copy of the certificate from the Unified Information Database on Internally Displaced Persons (UID IDP) registration, along with copies of corresponding certificates for family members (if applicable). In the case of presenting an electronic certificate containing relevant electronic identifiers, the authorized body will verify (confirm) the information from the UID IDP.
Copies of documents confirming priority for placement in the settlement, including:
Families with many children.
Families with children.
Pregnant women.
Individuals who have lost their ability to work.
Individuals whose housing was destroyed or rendered uninhabitable due to armed aggression by the Russian Federation.
Where to apply and submit documents:

The acceptance of documents for placement in the modular settlement is carried out by the Center for the Calculation and Payment of Social Benefits in Poltava Oblast at the following address: 47 Tsiolkovsky Street, room 115, Poltava.

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Friday: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM

Note: According to the project, the modular settlement is designed for 528 individuals. As of the beginning of May, the Property Management Department of the Poltava City Council has received approximately 470 applications from families, totaling 900 individuals.
