A citizen of the Russian Federation who was illegally staying in Ukraine was forcibly deported from the Kirovohrad region. This information was provided to SUSPILNE by Inna Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Migration Service of the Kirovohrad region.
According to her, during a raid in the city of Svitlovodsk in the Oleksandriia district, migration officers discovered a foreign national who was illegally staying in Ukraine.
"The 53-year-old Russian woman arrived in the Kirovohrad region in February 2022 for private matters, including visiting relatives. Initially, she couldn't leave Ukraine due to the full-scale Russian invasion, and now she will be leaving involuntarily," the statement said.
The foreign national was held administratively responsible under Part 1 of Article 203 "Failure to comply with a ban on entry." She paid a fine of 3,400 hryvnias and is required to leave the country by May 31. Her relatives will also pay the fine.
According to Inna Zakharova, since the onset of martial law in the Kirovohrad region, migration officers have identified 77 migrants who were deported from Ukraine, with four of them being deported involuntarily.
