A new head of the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office has been appointed. Anton Vojtenko, the Deputy Prosecutor General, introduced the new leader, Yevhen Hladiy, to the team. Anton Vojtenko outlined the key tasks set by the Prosecutor General.
He emphasized that a priority remains documenting crimes related to Russian aggression on the territory of Ukraine. Among the top challenges are also crimes against national security. In addition, the focus is on combating corruption, crimes in the budget and land sectors, and organized crime. The Deputy Prosecutor General noted that the newly appointed leader has extensive experience and is capable of organizing the team to fulfill the assigned tasks. In response, Yevhen Hladiy expressed his gratitude for the trust and assured that he would make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the prosecutor's office in Poltava.
Yevhen Hladiy, born in 1984, is a graduate of the Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine. He has been working in the prosecutor's office since 2006, with over 11 years in leadership positions. Prior to this appointment, he headed the Obukhiv District Prosecutor's Office in the Kyiv region.
