Dnipropetrovs'k region suffers from Russian shelling again

During the night of August 31, the Russian occupation army shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

The strike targeted the Velikomykhailivka community in the Synelnykove district. Fortunately, there were no casualties. However, two buildings and a power transmission line were damaged as a result of the attack. The extent of the damage is being assessed.

On the rest of the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region, it remained calm without any shelling.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the past day, the enemy launched 31 missile and 66 aviation strikes, as well as conducted 53 artillery shelling using reactive multiple launch rocket systems targeting the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population due to these Russian terrorist attacks. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have also been damaged.

Furthermore, the Russian Federation launched another missile and aviation strike on the territory of Ukraine, using air-launched missiles and Iranian combat drones "Shahed-136/131". As a result of successful combat operations carried out by the Air Defense Forces in coordination with the Air Defense of Ukraine, 28 cruise missiles and 15 combat UAVs of the "Shahed-136/131" type were destroyed.
