More than 90 million hryvnias were transferred in August for the payment of state aid to prisoners

The Ministry of Reintegration continues to pay state financial assistance in the interests of individuals who have been deprived of their freedom due to armed aggression against Ukraine.

This includes one-time and annual assistance in the amount of 100,000 hryvnias. In August, the Ministry of Reintegration transferred 29 million hryvnias to the bank accounts of those released from Russian captivity.

Additionally, last month, the Ministry of Reintegration disbursed annual state financial assistance to families of captives, totaling 62 million hryvnias.

It's worth noting that in the first 8 months of this year, the Ministry of Reintegration has provided state assistance to those released from captivity and the families of political prisoners, civilian hostages, and military prisoners, amounting to over 228 million hryvnias.
