Russian missile shot down in Kirovograd region a Russian missile

During the morning alarm in the sky over Kirovohrad region, a cruise missile was shot down. This was reported by Andriy Raikovych, the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.

According to him, there were no casualties or injuries.

"We thank our glorious Armed Forces of Ukraine for the fact that we are alive! Together we are strong! Ukraine will win!" emphasized Raikovych.

According to information from the Ukrainian Air Force, during the night of September 1, 2023, the enemy launched cruise missile strikes using "Kalibr" missiles. Launches of two missiles were recorded from the Black Sea waters (in the vicinity of Feodosia).

One missile was successfully intercepted, while the other struck a private enterprise in Vinnytsia Oblast. Property, private vehicles, and assistance to the affected are being provided.
