For Ukrainians abroad, the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How are you?”, initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska, with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), launched emotional support hotlines.

Ukrainians who are currently forced to stay abroad can get a free psychological consultation. The specialist will listen to you and give you advice on how to improve your health.

IOM emotional support lines:

– Ukraine: 0 800 211 444 (daily from 10:00 to 20:00);

– Poland: +48 22 104 32 38, +48 800 088 091;

– Hungary: +36 80 984 544 (Monday – Saturday);

– United Kingdom: +44 808 164 8668;

– Lithuania: +370 800 00 474;

– Czech Republic: +420 800 050 770.
