The Odessa Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation following the missile attack by Russian forces on Odessa on June 10. This was reported by the press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office.
During the attack, Russian forces launched Iranian kamikaze drones, "Shahed-136/131," and cruise missiles at a residential area in Odessa and other populated areas in the region. As a result of the Russian shelling of the residential area in Odessa, three people lost their lives, and 25 people were injured, including two children aged five and 17. They were taken to the hospital.
Furthermore, three multi-story buildings, an educational institution, a kindergarten, and parked cars near the buildings suffered significant damage.
According to the Operational Command "South," debris from one of the kamikaze drones hit a multi-story building, causing a fire covering an area of over fifty square meters.
In the attack on a settlement on the Black Sea coast in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, six people were injured, including two children aged five and 12.
Seven private houses were completely destroyed by the strike, and 15 other buildings sustained various degrees of damage.
Debris from the missiles and impact drones found at the scene have been sent for examination.
