Specialized equipment has been sent from the Poltava region to Kherson to assist in dealing with the aftermath of the sabotage of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station by Russian invaders. In total, Poltava has dispatched seventeen units of equipment to the affected region. This was reported by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin.
Dmytro Lunin mentioned that the equipment was provided by communal enterprises of the Poltava region. The handover was carried out by the Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Bruslyk, along with his team.
The provided equipment includes fire and cleaning vehicles, excavator-loaders, tractors, sewage treatment equipment, and watering machines. Business representatives also contributed milk trucks, which will be used to transport drinking water. A team of workers from Poltava has arrived to carry out clearing operations.
As a reminder, earlier, equipment and personnel were sent to assist Kherson from the Vinnytsia region. The head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Borzov, stated that dump trucks, vacuum sweepers, and front-end loaders have arrived in the Kherson region. In total, eleven specialized vehicles were dispatched. Additionally, 28 workers from Vinnytsia came to assist the residents of Kherson.
