Tonight, at around 1:00 am, residents of Poltava, as well as Kremenchuk, heard the sounds of explosions. These explosions occurred almost simultaneously with the air raid siren.

According to Dmytro Lunin, the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, no "visits" were detected on the territory of the region.

"It was another restless night for Ukraine. During the night, you could hear the sounds of explosions from the neighboring region. Despite the air raid alarm, the night passed peacefully in Poltava. We thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civil defense! Glory to Ukraine!" - stated the head of the Regional State Administration.

Overall, the air raid alarm in Poltava region lasted for an hour, from 1:00 am to 2:00 am. According to the General Staff, the Russian Federation carried out another missile and aviation strike using Iranian combat UAVs "Shahed" against Ukraine. During the past day, the enemy made 44 missile and 6 aviation strikes, using 6 Iranian combat UAVs "Shahed." All "Shahed" UAVs were destroyed by our defenders. Moreover, the enemy conducted 47 shelling attacks using reactive multiple rocket launch systems.

Unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population.
