Four residents of Dnipropetrovsk region are suspected of collaboration. They are accused of denying Russia's armed aggression and calling for cooperation with the enemy, as reported by the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, during the period of Russia's full-scale invasion into Ukraine, two women shared posts expressing support for the occupation of Ukrainian territories by Russian forces on a prohibited Russian social network. Two men, who held strong pro-Russian beliefs, posted publications on their social media profiles with calls to support the occupying administration of the aggressor state.

During searches at the suspects' residences, law enforcement officers confiscated mobile phones and computer equipment with evidence of their involvement in unlawful activities. A judicial linguistic expertise confirmed the presence of statements in the materials they published that denied the occurrence of armed aggression against Ukraine and called for support of the actions of the aggressor state.

The proceedings to expose this unlawful activity were conducted by prosecutors in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Under the procedural guidance of the Pavlograd District Prosecutor's Office, they were informed of the suspicion of engaging in collaboration activities (Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty of a crime in a court of law. It is important to note that the Security Service conducted a counter-sabotage operation in the Kirovohrad region, which led to the arrest of an FSB agent involved in preparing new air strikes by Russia against aviation infrastructure in the region.
