Prosecutors uphold life sentence for Kryvyi Rih resident who dismembered woman

Prosecutors of the Kryvyi Rih Northern District Prosecutor's Office upheld the court's verdict, sentencing a local resident to life imprisonment for intentional murder. This was reported by the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Prosecutors proved that in 2022, the convicted person met a woman at a public transport stop, invited her to his home, and later, under the influence of alcohol, attacked the victim more than 17 times with a kitchen knife.

He then dismembered the victim's body, packaged it, and hid it in a trash bin and a sewage well in Kryvyi Rih.
