"Today, Ukraine has its own pantheon of Heroes, but it is being filled at a terrible cost - with the lives of our defenders who are fighting against the Russian aggressor. We all owe an immeasurable debt to these people. Among them was my colleague, Deputy Igor Buryanov. He gave his life for the values that form the basis of our existence and worldview. He defended Ukraine, his native city, and his family. His memory will live forever in our hearts. Sincere condolences to Igor's family and loved ones, and thanks to my colleagues from the Podil District Council for their support in realizing our joint idea of installing this memorial plaque. Eternal glory to all the fallen Warriors and glory to Ukraine," said Oleg Kolyuka, Secretary of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council. The plaque was consecrated by Father Petro of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
