As of July 1st, the curfew hours in the Kirovohrad region have been adjusted. The new curfew is in effect from midnight (00:00) until 4:00 AM. This change was announced by Andriy Raykovych, the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration. As a result of this adjustment, the operating hours for public dining establishments and mass events have been extended until 11:00 PM.

It's worth noting that prior to July 1st, the curfew in the Kirovohrad region was in place from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Since the onset of the full-scale war, many regions across Ukraine have implemented curfews. Currently, curfews are in effect in most regions, with the exception of the Zakarpattia region. The specific curfew hours are determined by the regional military administration, and local communities have the flexibility to adjust them as needed.
