The Odessa film studio resumed charitable film screenings after a long forced pause. In 2022, due to the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, the organizers had to cancel the screenings that had become beloved to the residents of Odessa. On May 31, they showed the 1956 film "Spring on Zarychna Street" to the audience, as reported on the Odessa film studio's Facebook page.

In the post from the Odessa film studio, it is mentioned that the revival of film screenings for the audience is a significant event. After each screening, viewers discuss what they have seen with friends, share their impressions, and plan their next joint activities. The organizers announce that this year there will be even more films because they have added movies from the National Film Studio named after Oleksandr Dovzhenko to the film collection of the Odessa film studio.

Here is the list of films and their screening dates:

- June 7 – "Only Old Men Are Going to Battle" (1974).
- June 14 – "A Million in a Wedding Basket" (1985).
- June 21 – "Chasing Two Hares" (1961).
