The family of Sergeant Yevheniy Pyndyk, who lost his life in the war against occupiers, was awarded a posthumous honor. This was announced by the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Borzov, on his Telegram channel.
Sergeant Yevheniy Pyndyk, a 2nd class border service inspector, was killed in Bahmut during an artillery shelling. In recognition of his courage, selfless actions, and dedication during the performance of his duties to protect the state border and territorial integrity of Ukraine, Yevheniy Pyndyk was honored with a state award.
Together with Major General of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Chief of the Southern Regional Department of the SBGSU Serhiy Mul, Serhiy Borzov presented the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree to the defender's father. This military award was bestowed on him posthumously.
The defender left behind three daughters, the oldest being 10 years old and the youngest only three.
The family of Yevheniy will not be left without support, emphasized the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.
