Enemy shells Dnipropetrovs'k region with MLRS and heavy artillery

During the night in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, there were enemy shelling incidents. Heavy artillery fire by occupant forces targeted populated areas twice.

The communities of Marhanetska and Nikopol were under fire. There were no casualties reported, but local property was damaged.

In Nikopol, three private houses and an equal number of outbuildings were damaged. A car and an electrical transmission line were also affected. Experts are assessing the attacked areas to determine the extent of the damage.

Sinelnikivshchyna and Nikopolshchyna, two regions of the oblast, were subjected to attacks by occupant forces during the day. Multiple-launch rocket systems were used against the Velikomykhailivska community, while heavy artillery was deployed in the Marhanetska community. The exact extent of the damage is still being determined.

A 54-year-old woman sought medical attention after being injured during the shelling in Sinelnikivshchyna. She suffered a head injury and spinal contusion and was hospitalized in a moderately severe condition.

The enemy directed a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) towards the Nikopol district, but our air defense forces successfully downed it, as reported by Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
