A Coordination Center to support the civilian population has been established in Vinnytsia. This center will provide assistance to residents of the region in addressing various issues, including employment, housing, social protection, and access to legal and medical assistance. This was announced by Natalia Zabolotna, the First Deputy Chief of the Regional State Administration.
According to Natalia Zabolotna, the center will function as an advisory body under the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, and it will include representatives from the executive branch, local authorities, law enforcement agencies, international humanitarian organizations, civic organizations, and volunteer associations.
The creation of such an entity is expected to enhance collaboration between the executive branch, local authorities, law enforcement agencies, international humanitarian organizations, civic organizations, and volunteer groups.
The Coordination Center will address various issues faced by internally displaced persons, war-disabled individuals, veterans, and those affected by the events of the Revolution of Dignity. It will also provide assistance to the families of deceased veterans and defenders of Ukraine, as well as other affected individuals.
The establishment and effectiveness of these Coordination Centers in each region will be personally supervised by Irina Vereshchuk, the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
It's worth noting that Vinnytsia is a leader among Ukrainian regions in implementing the automated system for tracking actions involving detained individuals, known as "Custody Records," with the tenth police district recently adopting this system.
