A memorial to the victims of the rocket attacks on Vinnytsia was unveiled in Vinnytsia

In Vinnytsia, a memorial monument was unveiled to honor the victims of rocket strikes on Vinnytsia. On July 14, the residents of Vinnytsia commemorated the people who lost their lives in a Russian terrorist attack. Exactly one year ago, on July 14, 2022, Russia launched missiles targeting Victory Square. On that day, the enemy killed 29 civilians, including three children. This information was reported by the Vinnytsia City Council.

During the memorial ceremony, the memorial monument called "Victims of Rocket Strikes on Vinnytsia" was unveiled. The event was attended by the families of the deceased, representatives of the city and regional authorities, and the public.

The monument was unveiled at precisely 10:46, the same time the rockets struck the square. After the sound of the bell in honor of the victims, white doves were released into the sky, symbolizing the innocent souls of the victims of this cynical Russian attack.

In addition, people brought flowers and soft toys to the base of the memorial monument, and numerous lanterns were lit.

It is worth noting that the Security Service of Ukraine reported suspicion against Admiral Igor Osipov, a fleet admiral of the Russian Federation, for this terrorist attack. It was revealed that he gave the order to shell Vinnytsia, resulting in the deaths of 29 people, including three children. Additionally, 154 individuals sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity. Furthermore, the Russian missiles destroyed 35 residential buildings, nearly 70 private vehicles, and public transport vehicles."
