Internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Cherkasy, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions can receive financial assistance. This was announced by the "Right to Protection" Charitable Foundation.

To be eligible for financial assistance, individuals or families must have an income of less than 5,400 Ukrainian hryvnias per family member.

Applications for payments can be submitted by IDPs and all vulnerable populations affected by the armed conflict in the following regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Kherson. This includes people who have not left their place of permanent residence since the start of the full-scale invasion and have suffered from hostilities.

The amount of assistance per person is 6,660 Ukrainian hryvnias for a three-month period, with monthly payments of 2,220 Ukrainian hryvnias.

To apply for assistance, individuals need to visit one of the "Right to Protection" Charitable Foundation's data collection points and undergo an interview. Registrars from the foundation will then include the family in the program. Applicants should bring original identification documents.

The funds are disbursed as part of international humanitarian assistance provided by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
