The Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure is launching a new service for international carriers as part of the eQueue project, allowing them to track all online bookings in their personal accounts. All active queues can be viewed through the personal account in the 'Shlyakh' system. This includes the status of each truck and bus registered by the carrier. This new option has become available thanks to the integration of the eQueue and 'Shlyakh' systems.
"The ministry is in constant dialogue with carriers and drivers, and all constructive suggestions for improving the eQueue service are taken into account. The feature to replace drivers, availability in seven languages, and the ability for carriers to monitor their vehicle queues simultaneously are just part of the functionality developed for user convenience. We continue to work on expanding the service for all vehicles crossing our border," emphasized Vice Prime Minister for the Reintegration of Ukraine and Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov.
To check the status of all vehicles in the electronic queue, carriers can use the 'My eQueue' tab in their 'Shlyakh' system personal account. Carriers can view:
Transport vehicles registered in the electronic queue.
The status of vehicles in the eQueue.
Data about the enterprise, the transport vehicle, and the trailer.
Cargo customs declaration number.
It is worth noting that since August 1, testing of the electronic booking service for bus border crossings has been underway. The testing currently covers eight border crossing points for regular and irregular routes. After the testing is complete, the slotting service will become available, allowing carriers to choose their border crossing time according to the bus schedule.
For reference, during the operation of the eQueue, over 415,000 trucks and nearly 7,000 buses have crossed the border using electronic booking. The project "Electronic Queue for Border Crossing" is being implemented by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Ukrtransbezpeka, the State Agency for Infrastructure Development, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with the support of the TAPAS Project/Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services.
