Charitable assistance to IDPs provided by international organizations is not taxable

This is stated in the statement of the State Tax Service prepared on behalf of Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

According to the clarification, the income of internally displaced persons in the form of charitable assistance from international organizations (their branches and representative offices), the list of which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers, is not included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer. These are charitable organizations listed in the Unified Register of Humanitarian Aid Recipients.
