On July 22, 2023, the first annual forum for the volunteer community, Social Camp Odessa, will take place in Odessa. This event was announced on the forum's website. Yegor Grebennikov explains why they created the forum for the volunteer community, saying, "We have created the first all-Ukrainian platform for dialogue where representatives of volunteer and civil organizations, charitable foundations, and other humanitarian initiatives can exchange experiences and find answers to complex questions together to respond effectively to today's challenges. We aim to create a platform that promotes the development and unification of volunteer and civil organizations, charitable foundations, and other stakeholders for cooperation and the exchange of experiences."
The main idea and theme of the volunteer forum, Social Camp Odessa, is written in capital letters on the website: "Unite. Inspire. Reboot."
The forum will feature over 30 speakers, ranging from the deputy director of the "Return Alive" charitable foundation to the leader of the "Voice of Civil Society" project. Key topics of the forum include:
- A New Era of Volunteering in Ukraine
