Russian occupiers shelled populated areas in the Kherson region, resulting in the deaths of civilian residents of the region. In Shyroka Balka, a family – parents, a 12-year-old son, and a 23-day-old daughter – tragically lost their lives due to artillery shelling by the Russians.

In the village of Stanislav, 12 artillery strikes were recorded following enemy shelling, resulting in the deaths of two men and the injury of a woman. This information was reported by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Igor Klymenko, on Telegram.

"Terorrists will never voluntarily stop killing innocent people. Terrorists need to be stopped. By force. That's the only language they understand," wrote Igor Klymenko.

Enemy shelling also caused fires in private households. Flames engulfed residential buildings and a garage. The State Emergency Service (DSNS) managed to extinguish all fires, despite repeated enemy shelling.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as of 17:00, 7 people were killed (five residents of Shyroka Balka and two residents of Stanislav), and 13 residents of the Kherson region were injured (in Kherson, Berislav, Stanislav, Komyshany, Veletenske, Zolota Balka, and Novokayirak).

It is worth noting that in Kryvyi Rih, Russian occupiers killed a mother and her 10-year-old daughter, Dasha. The girl, along with her mother, was fleeing the war abroad and had just returned to Ukraine. The occupiers carried out two missile strikes on Kryvyi Rih, presumably using Iskander missiles, resulting in the deaths of 6 people and injuries to 69 others. Thirty-two apartments were completely destroyed, and 37 others were severely damaged.
