Dnipropetrovs'k region under enemy fire again: consequences are being clarified

In the evening, the enemy targeted Nikopol. Early in the morning, they struck the Marganetska community. They used Grad rockets and heavy artillery. About a dozen munitions landed near populated areas. This was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service (DSNS) of Ukraine.

Local residents were not harmed. The extent of damage is still being assessed. Surveys of the areas are ongoing.

According to the General Staff, Russian occupiers launched missile attacks on Ukrainian territory in the past 24 hours, using air and sea-based missiles. In total, at least 28 cruise missiles of various types were detected: 4 Kh-22 cruise missiles, 20 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles, and 4 Kalibr cruise missiles.

Our air defense systems successfully intercepted 16 Kh-101/Kh-555 and Kalibr cruise missiles. Additionally, at least 8 launches of enemy anti-aircraft guided missiles S-300 and S-400 were recorded in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

In total, during the past 24 hours, the enemy conducted 42 missile strikes and 56 aviation strikes, as well as 36 barrages of rocket artillery on our military positions and civilian settlements. Unfortunately, there have been casualties among the civilian population, including children, as a result of Russian terrorist attacks. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have also been damaged.
