From a dozen shells: the occupiers once again shelled Nikopol

On Friday, August 18, Russian invaders shelled the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region with heavy artillery. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported. This was reported by the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak. "Day by day, Russian aggression targets Nikopol. Today, once again, the regional center came under enemy artillery fire. Terrorists fired a dozen shells at it," the report says.

Lysak also mentioned that there were no casualties reported, and information regarding damage is being verified.

In other cities and villages in the region, August 18 passed quietly. It's worth noting that the Nikopol region has been subjected to enemy shelling almost daily.

On August 10, Russian forces shelled the Nikopol and Myrivska communities in Dnipropetrovsk region during the day.

During the night of August 8, the Nikopol region experienced 4 shelling incidents, and another occurred in the morning. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but there was damage reported.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during the day, the enemy launched 1 missile strike and 31 airstrikes, conducted 45 shelling attacks with multiple rocket launchers on the positions of Ukrainian forces and civilian areas. Unfortunately, there were casualties among the civilian population, and residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged as a result of these Russian terrorist attacks.
