During the past day, Russian occupiers continued to shell the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih communities in Dnipropetrovsk region. The enemy fired nearly two dozen shells at residential areas in the region. In addition to Nikopol, the Pokrovsk and Marganets communities were affected. This information comes from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.
The report states that there were no casualties or injuries due to the shelling. However, the explosions of shells caused damage to two private houses, cars, and outbuildings. In the Zelenodolska community of Kryvyi Rih district, a fire broke out as a result of the shelling, which was promptly extinguished by firefighters.
Recall that yesterday, during the shelling of Nikopol, a 74-year-old woman was injured by shrapnel. She was hospitalized in moderate condition. During the enemy's shelling, which occurred in the evening, five private houses, four outbuildings, and two power lines were damaged.
Previously, as a result of strikes in the Synelnykove and Nikopol districts of the region, one person was killed, and seven residents of Dnipropetrovsk region were injured. In particular, an 18-year-old young man died in the Mezhyvka community of the Synelnykove district. Among the injured, the youngest is a 2-year-old girl.
