In the Odessa region, another millionaire has emerged from the Territorial Center for Completions (TCC). The individual in question is Denis Halushko, the deputy head of the TCC in the region. On August 25th, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption accused him of illegal enrichment. Relatives of the deputy head of the completion center in the Odessa region somehow managed to acquire expensive cars, apartments, houses, and land plots, which drew the attention of law enforcement.

The suspect's mother-in-law made valuable purchases, initially buying and then selling business-class Mercedes-Benz cars. One brought her 2 million hryvnias, and the other earned her 2.3 million hryvnias.

In 2022, she became the owner of an elite BMW X7 XDRIVE 30D. In the midst of the full-scale invasion of Russian militants, the Ukrainian woman made another significant purchase—a residential house and land for over 3 million hryvnias.

The soldier's mother did not refrain from shopping either, and a few months after the start of the large-scale war with Russia, she bought a Toyota RAV-4 HYBRID for 880 thousand hryvnias.

Despite their financial situation not allowing for such expensive purchases, the soldier's mother also owned a land plot worth 1.7 million hryvnias.

The official's son also developed a taste for expensive purchases. In Odessa, he acquired his own housing—a flat that cost 563 thousand hryvnias. Last autumn, the soldier's wife bought a Mazda CX-5, and in the summer of 2023, she added a Mercedes-Benz V-KLASSE worth over 2.6 million hryvnias to her car collection.

After analyzing the lifestyle of the soldier and his wife, it was revealed that they managed to spend over 6 million hryvnias since 2021. Their combined income could not afford these expenses. At the same time, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) determined that the subject of declaration and his close relatives had no legitimate income to purchase the specified property.

The NAPC approved a substantiated conclusion regarding Denis Halushko and sent it to the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Defense in the Southern Region.
