А downed rocket hits a four-story building in Dnipropetrovs'k region: a 32-year-old woman is wounded

On the night of May 9th, Russian occupying forces conducted a massive shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The Eastern Air Command reports that Ukrainian military managed to shoot down all eight enemy missiles. Additionally, the enemy shelled the Nikopol region with heavy artillery. The consequences of the enemy strikes were reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

It is reported that fragments from one of the downed Russian missiles fell onto a four-story building in Dnipro. As a result, a 32-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized. The roof and ceilings of several apartments in the building were damaged. A missile fragment was found on the third floor of the building, leading to the evacuation of several dozen residents. The missile fragments were removed by explosives experts and will be disposed of shortly.

According to the Air Force Command, Russian occupying forces targeted the Dnipropetrovsk region with missile strikes. Air defense forces from the Eastern Air Command shot down seven enemy missiles, but there were also hits on civilian infrastructure. There are casualties, including children.

In the Pavlograd district, preliminary information suggests that 25 people were injured, including three children. In the city of Pavlograd, the enemy struck an industrial facility, resulting in a fire that has since been extinguished by rescuers. In the residential sector of the city, 19 multi-story buildings, 25 private houses, 6 educational institutions, and 5 stores were damaged due to the strikes.
