Thanks to materials provided by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), an anti-Ukrainian propagandist has been convicted in Vinnytsia Oblast. This information was announced by the SBU's Vinnytsia Oblast Office.
The investigation revealed that a resident of the Trostyanetska territorial community in Haisynskyi District continued to pledge allegiance to hostile propaganda even after the start of full-scale aggression. He actively disseminated anti-Ukrainian content on his own page within a banned Russian social network.
In his publications, the agitator openly denied the fact of the Russian-Ukrainian war, referred to it as "theirs," and glorified the commanders of Russian invaders. The individual openly praised the decisions of Putin, Kadyrov, and other terrorists regarding "special operations."
Based on the materials provided by the Security Service, the court found the defendant guilty of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 109 (public calls for violent change of the constitutional order, as well as dissemination of materials with calls to commit such actions) and Part 2 of Article 436-2 (dissemination of materials containing glorification of individuals who carried out armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court imposed a sentence of 1.5 years of imprisonment as punishment.
