He commended their efforts in evacuating the wounded and transporting military personnel to hospitals, stating that the Vinnytsia emergency medical teams were among the first to travel to occupied territories and were instrumental in saving lives.

Previously, the largest shelter in the region, capable of accommodating around 500 people, was renovated in the Vinnytsia Regional Pirogov Hospital.
