Two men illegally seized a plant in Cherkasy region

Two men illegally seized an enterprise in Cherkasy Region. During searches, law enforcement officers confiscated material evidence from the men. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Cherkasy Region.

In turn, the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration reports that this concerns the 'Krasnogirsky Oil Plant.' He also says that information about the organizers will be available soon. This case should serve as a signal to all entrepreneurs: your investments will be protected in Cherkasy Region, and the punishment is inevitable.

The Cherkasy Region National Police reports that two men, aged 36 and 35, originally from Kropyvnytskyi, seized the enterprise. They acquired the property rights of a limited liability company through the forgery of documents. During the investigation of the criminal case, investigators uncovered their criminal scheme.

Law enforcement officers conducted searches at the place of residence of both suspects. During the search, the police confiscated mobile phones in which the men stored electronic copies of all documents and draft records that confirm the involvement of other accomplices in the crime.

The suspects have been notified of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 206 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for them is being resolved.
