In the night of May 19, the Russian Federation's forces launched an attack on an industrial facility in the city of Kryvyi Rih, located in Dnipropetrovsk Region. As a result of the attack, two people were injured.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, the Russian attack led to the destruction of workshops and the equipment at the facility. A fire also broke out at the scene, causing injuries to people.
One of the buildings at the facility was completely consumed by the fire, while another one was damaged by the flames. A 64-year-old woman was among the injured and was hospitalized in critical condition, while a 45-year-old man sustained injuries and also requires medical treatment.
Currently, explosive ordnance disposal experts, rescuers, and investigators are on-site documenting the aftermath of the attack. The attack resulted in significant material damage and posed a threat to people's lives.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also reported that over the course of the day, the adversary carried out six missile strikes and 51 airstrikes across Ukraine's territory. They conducted over 30 artillery barrages using multiple launch rocket systems. There have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population. The likelihood of missile and aerial strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
