In Dnipropetrovsk region, rescuers have received a replenishment of their special equipment fleet. Over 30 vehicles will replace those that were damaged as a result of rocket attacks from the Russian Federation. The aid was received from various sources, including international partners, representatives of Ukrainian business, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. This was reported on the page of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

Sergiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, noted that since the start of the full-scale war, rescue units in the region have been attacked by the enemy at least four times. As a result, units in Dnipro, Nikopol, and Kryvyi Rih districts were affected, and dozens of units of special equipment were destroyed. Therefore, the rescuers of Dnipropetrovsk region need to replenish their vehicle fleet.

Among the received equipment are 25 fire trucks, a 30-meter auto ladder, and specialized cars. The DSNs medical units received two ambulances.

In the received batch of specialized vehicles, there are vehicles from fellow rescuers from Scotland and Norway. Additionally, five vehicles were sent by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The significant contribution to updating the vehicle fleet comes from Ukrainian businesses, as almost half of the handed-over vehicles were purchased by a trading corporation.

In addition to the mentioned equipment, the rescuers of Dnipropetrovsk region now have an explosive ordnance disposal vehicle at their disposal, which was purchased with regional funds. This 40-ton giant, which is currently the only one in the region, will be used for demining and transporting large explosive hazardous debris.
