In Vinnytsia, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the regional branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine took place. It was conducted by Serhiy Borzov, the head of the regional military administration and the head of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in Vinnytsia. During the meeting, participants discussed various issues and outlined several priority tasks for the future. They decided to approve the powers of deputy chairs and discussed the approval of the Statute of the NGO "Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine" in its new version. They also made recommendations for the approval by the Assembly of the NGO of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine for the current year's budget.
During the Executive Committee meeting, some changes were made to the plan for sports events. They discussed projects for All-Ukrainian Olympic events planned to be held in Vinnytsia. Additionally, they examined and approved the regulations for competitions organized by the regional branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in Vinnytsia.
In his speech, Serhiy Borzov emphasized that Vinnytsia region has significant potential for preparing Olympic champions in various sports disciplines, and the region will continue to work towards this goal.
Earlier, we reported that two athletes from Kropyvnytskyi would represent Ukraine at the Special Olympics World Summer Games. Maxym Nalyvayko and Marianna Arkharova would compete in gymnastics.
