Massive missile attack on Kryvyi Rih: dead and dozens injured

During the night, the enemy carried out a massive attack on Kryvyi Rih. Three cruise missiles were intercepted and destroyed by the Eastern Air Defense Unit (PvK "Skhid"). However, according to information from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, there have been missile impacts.

As a result, civilian objects were damaged, and according to updated data, six people were killed, and 25 others were injured. Some residents also experienced acute stress reactions. This information was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

A five-story building was severely damaged, with apartments on the first to fifth floors catching fire. The fire affected an area of 700 square meters, and it was later localized. At a private enterprise, a warehouse was severely damaged, and there is a possibility that people may be trapped under the rubble, with rescuers searching for them. Six cars were also damaged.

On another location, a building and a vehicle were on fire, but the fire has since been extinguished. An automobile enterprise was also damaged, with utility vehicles catching fire. The flames have been contained. A utility building was destroyed, and there is also damage to the rescue unit.

Relevant services are working in all of these areas, and the consequences of this cynical attack are being further assessed.

The Kryvyi Rih City Council reported that across from the destroyed building, a coordination center will be set up at a school on the first and second floors. Residents can register for relocation, receive materials, apply for material assistance, declare damaged property, register for document restoration, and more. Hot meals are provided on an ongoing basis.
