In Vinnytsia region, a Coordination Council will be established to address mental health issues. This move shows support for the initiative of Ukraine's First Lady, Olena Zelenska, regarding the creation of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program. This information was reported by the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.

Natalia Zabolotna, the First Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration, emphasized the timeliness and importance of creating such a program, especially in the context of war. She expressed gratitude to the First Lady for this initiative. Zabolotna also highlighted that mental health is a crucial component in education, social services, the security and defense sector, as well as the cultural sphere. She stressed that psychosocial services should be accessible wherever a person seeks assistance, whether it's hospitals, schools, employment centers, police stations, tax offices, and more.

The Coordination Council will involve various units and services of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, specialists from different fields, and civil organizations. The goal is to achieve a positive impact through intersectoral collaboration. According to Natalia Zabolotna, a nation will be more resilient and steadfast the better the mental health of its citizens is.

Earlier, a modern rehabilitation center started operating in Odessa, providing assistance to wounded servicemen. The center is based in one of the communal medical institutions under regional jurisdiction.
