The government has appointed a new head of the Golovaniv district administration

Today, on June 16, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Igor Koverdya as the head of the Holovanivska District Administration in the Kirovohrad region. This information was announced by the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.

"Igor Mykolayovych Koverdya has been approved as the head of the Holovanivska District State Administration in the Kirovohrad Oblast," the announcement states.

Background: Igor Koverdya was born on May 17, 1982, in the village of Solhutove, Hayvoron district. In 1999, he graduated from Solhutove Secondary School. In 2004, he graduated from the National Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine with a degree in Entrepreneurial Economics, specializing in Finance, and obtained a Master's degree. From 2004 to December 2018, he worked in the tax militia units of the State Fiscal Service in the Kirovohrad region. From 2019 to December 2020, he engaged in commercial activities as the founder of LLC "Podillia 2018." Based on the decision of the Hayvoron District Territorial Election Commission, he was elected as a deputy of the Hayvoron City Council of the VIII convocation. Igor Koverdya serves as the first deputy mayor of Hayvoron. He holds the military rank of Junior Lieutenant in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
