In Kirovohrad region, the conduct of entertainment events and the operation of public catering establishments are prohibited after 22:00. This decision was announced by the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Andriy Raikovych, in a video address.
"Dear citizens, I would like to draw your attention to the latest decision of the Regional Defense Council regarding additional measures in the conditions of martial law in the Kirovohrad region. It's worth noting that most of these measures have been in effect since the introduction of martial law, including the curfew. However, the results of law enforcement raids, social media analysis, and public content have led us to update specific provisions. By this decision, the conduct of entertainment events is prohibited. This includes concerts, discos, shows, performances by professional and amateur groups, fairs, sports competitions, even charity events. It also includes a ban on the operation of public catering establishments, trade, bars, restaurants, cafes, and recreation facilities after 22:00," the statement reads.
Additionally, the Regional Defense Council decision prohibits video and photo shooting, online broadcasts near critical infrastructure objects, military units and formations, military equipment, air defense systems to prevent the spread of information about them on social media and other mass media channels.
"It goes without saying that these fixed objects can primarily be used by the enemy for targeting and adjusting rocket and drone strikes," the official emphasized.
As a reminder, the "quiet mode" was previously introduced in the Kirovohrad region during nighttime and curfew hours.
