Poltavets calling to come Lugansk region and Donetsk region to Russia

The Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to court regarding a resident of the Poltava district. He is accused of distributing materials with calls for changing Ukraine's territory, spreading symbols of the communist totalitarian regime, both committed repeatedly, and purchasing and possessing firearms and ammunition without the required legal permits (Part 1 of Article 110, Part 1 and 2 of Article 436-1, Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, before the armed aggression, the man posted publications on his social media profile, which is prohibited in Ukraine, with calls for the temporary occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions to join the Russian Federation. He also disseminated symbols and portraits of representatives of the communist regime.

During a search at the person's place of residence, law enforcement agencies seized computer equipment, a mobile phone with evidence of illegal activities, as well as a pistol and ammunition.
