In the Odessa region, the 36th educational and practical center for vocational and technical education has started operating. It was created based on the "Odessa Vocational and Technical Education Center." These centers will prepare young specialists who will participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine after the conflict. They will also provide professional and technical training and retraining for those who had to leave the territories under occupation. These centers will train both individuals from various backgrounds who have lost their jobs for different reasons and military personnel who can no longer perform certain tasks due to health issues.
