Today, June 30th, in Kropyvnytskyi, a civil society forum titled "Development and Partnership – the Path to Building Peace in Ukraine" took place. The main goal of the event was to promote effective communication between civil society organizations, international organizations, and local government bodies to better respond to the challenges of wartime. Deputy Chairman of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Roman Hryhorishyn, participated in a panel discussion titled "Community & Government. A Common Goal and Responsible Partnership."

"Today, there is great economic interest in Ukraine like never before. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the number of inquiries from international companies has increased fivefold. As an example, I would like to mention the results of our delegation's trip to Germany. Several of the largest companies in Bremen will send their CEOs on a roadshow to the Odesa region to start economic activities in the region immediately after our victory. The task of civil society, business associations, and authorities is to convert this into an economic process that will become a resource to adequately reward those heroes thanks to whom we can even talk about recovery and make plans for the future," noted Roman Hryhorishyn.

"The unity and consolidation of Ukrainians during Russia's armed aggression are a phenomenon that will undoubtedly enter world history, as will the heroism of our defenders. It's what leads us step by step to victory. Along this path, we help each other, support each other, sometimes take risks, but the most important thing is that we don't abandon each other in times of need," said Gennadiy Trukhanov, Mayor of Odesa, addressing the representatives of civil society.

After their speeches, representatives of organizations communicated with the mayor and provided their proposals. Within the forum, several panel discussions were held to enhance the relationships between the government and the community.
