Residents of Pokrov have the opportunity to receive financial assistance, specifically 2,220 Ukrainian hryvnias per person per month for a period of 3 months. Information on who is eligible and how to obtain the money has been provided by the executive committee of the Pokrov City Council.

From July 3, 2023, to July 5, 2023, at the address: Valeriy Zaluzhny, 5 (Monday to Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM), data collection will take place for receiving financial assistance for internally displaced persons and those affected by armed conflicts. This assistance is provided by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in partnership with the Charitable Foundation "Right to Protection." The assistance amounts to 2,220 hryvnias per person per month for a period of 3 months.

Eligible applicants include individuals who have not previously received assistance of 6,660 hryvnias from international organizations and have a monthly income of less than 5,400 hryvnias per household member. They should also belong to the following categories:

1. Individuals residing in Pokrov who have been affected by armed conflicts.
2. Internally displaced persons who have relocated after February 24, 2022.
3. People who were forced to leave their homes due to armed conflicts but have returned to their permanent place of residence.

The above-mentioned individuals should meet one of the following criteria:

- A family with only one parent (either a father or a mother) with one or more children under the age of 18 or elderly individuals (aged 55 and above).
- A family headed by one or more elderly individuals (aged 55 and above) or an elderly person with one or more children under the age of 18.
- A family with one or more individuals with special needs, including those with disabilities or chronic illnesses. This list is not limited to these specific criteria.
- Foster families caring for unaccompanied children and children separated from their parents (documentary proof is required).

Information and documents required for the application:

- Tax identification number.
- National passport or other identity documents.
- Certificate of social assistance (if available).
- Bank card of the main applicant.
- Birth certificates of children (if necessary).
- Document confirming legal guardianship over a child (if necessary).
- Certificate/medical certificate for disability or chronic illness.

All family members must be present during the data collection.

For families with individuals with limited mobility who cannot visit the registration point, registration is allowed based on original documents, provided a medical certificate confirming their condition is presented.
