Several shops in the village, around a hundred damaged houses due to shelling or occupation, seven houses completely destroyed by the Russians, as well as the village club and school, will be subject to restoration.
"We have already started the work. We restored the power supply in Velyka Oleksandrivka community, including in Mala Oleksandrivka because the enemy destroyed the substations. Our specialists have already inspected the entire housing stock. 101 objects have been affected and now require restoration. The damages vary, with seven houses completely destroyed. There is also a damaged shop and communal facilities. Among the important socio-cultural objects is the House of Culture. Its restoration will require about 10 million hryvnias. But we have determined that the Cabinet of Ministers will finance the majority of the costs. The school also suffered shelling and requires repairs, but we will use the attracted financial resources from an external investor for that," said Andriy Raikovych, the head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.
The total cost of the restoration project amounts to approximately 70 million hryvnias.
"Capable communities of Ukraine take patronage over the cities in Kherson region. This region has become a pilot project," informed Andriy Raikovych.
The "Shoulder-to-Shoulder" project involves patronage over 15 regions where combat operations were not conducted and over 26 settlements in Kherson region that were destroyed or damaged by the Russian army.
