In Vinnytsia Oblast, two male defenders and one female defender were posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" III degree. Lyudmyla Holovashych, the Head of Haisyn District State Administration, reported this.

The Order was awarded to Vitaliy Bilibin, Yatsenko Bohdan, and Yatsiuk Alla.

Vitaliy was born in the village of Kunka in Haisyn District. In 2014, when the Russian-Ukrainian war began, he volunteered to go to the front. It was there in Donetsk Oblast that he met his future wife, Margarita. When the woman's village was occupied, he took her to Vinnytsia Oblast. They also had a son and a daughter.

On October 19, Senior Sergeant Vitaliy Bilibin was killed near Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast. He served in the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodny Yar."

Bohdan Yatsenko was born and lived in Vinnytsia. On February 24, after the full-scale war began, he volunteered to go to the front to defend Ukraine from the Russian enemy. On October 5, 2022, he was killed in Mykolaiv Oblast. He came under tank fire.

Alla Yatsiuk was born on July 27, 1977, in the village of Kuna in Vinnytsia Oblast. In 2016, she enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a contract basis. She served as the chief medic in her brigade and was later asked to lead the mess hall. Since the start of the full-scale war, she was stationed in Kherson Oblast, where she transported food, equipment, and supplies from the encirclement. On April 13, 2022, she passed away in Odesa Military Hospital due to an illness that developed while defending Ukraine.
