Six communities in the Vinnytsia region have received 14 portable low-power power sources, GoalZeroYeti 500X. These portable power sources were handed over by Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Andriy Kavunets, as reported on the institution's website.

The portable power sources were provided to the Vinnytsia region through a project by the UNDP, which is funded by the Embassy of Japan. This project aims to provide grant assistance for humanitarian aid in Ukraine and other countries, with the goal of improving people's access to essential goods and services.

The compact charging stations were received by the Pohrebyschenska, Vinnytska, Tulchynska, Luko-Meleshkivska, Koziatynska, and Barska communities. Additionally, two stations obtained as part of the project will remain in operation within the regional military administration.

Andriy Kavunets emphasized during the handover that these portable power sources would ensure the continuity of local self-government operations, even during power outages, facilitating the provision of all state, social, and administrative services to the population.

This equipment can also be used to enhance the work of humanitarian headquarters for internally displaced persons and mobile branches of administrative service centers.

Previously, it was reported that, through cooperation with the UN, projects worth approximately 1.5 billion hryvnias are planned to be implemented in the Odessa region.
